Handle case when no options is specified

Right now it gives confusing message

$ npm run test:component

> svelte-app@1.0.0 test:component /Users/gleb/git/svelte-ts-example
> cypress-expect run

Cannot specify both --passing and --min-passing options

Should probably say "need to specify at least one option"
