实现场景：

常规的表单信息录入场景

存在的问题：

表单存在初始化接口，然后设置了缓存后，缓存数据会被初始化接口覆盖，想问一下有没有办法处理这种情况

比如有没有办法可以判断一下是否有缓存，然后可以根据业务逻辑自己选择是加载接口，还是使用缓存？
