Added the slng_run_command function in order to replace the send-command-and-fetch-the-result code snippets with a single function call. This commit also introduces the usage of this function in the existing control operations. Signed-off-by: MÓZES Ádám István <adam.mozes@balabit.com>

The statistics counters (see the output of "syslog-ng-ctl stats") now can be reset with syslog-ng-ctl stats --reset.
