Tags and 'version' commit

After publishing a module to npm, a good practice that we try to follow is to make a commit directly to master with the version published (e.g. check balena-io-modules/balena-sync@f03df77) and push the tags as well.

This is so that we can track when different versions of a module were published, as well as the changes between them.
