On this page, our docs mention select the Actions menu in the Device dashboard, and choose the Grant Support Access button .
However, in the current UI (v15.1.1 as of writing this) users need to visit the Settings page (and not the Actions page) to grant support access. Also, it is no longer a button proper, it is a toggle switch.

Heyyo @PranavPeshwe if a page is outdated, I will be happy to help folks update it and enable them to contribute towards fixing it. There is no docs team to prioritize this at the moment and docs are under the collective ownership of the team.

The issue seems like a fix needs to be made to the docs text about the right location of support access and updating the screenshots to match the dashboard's current state. @myarmolinsky is working towards creating an updated actions + settings page with #2393 and would appreciate the assist in fixing this.
