v1.18.13 (preview) has no macos build #4119

We just built v1.18.13. It's not a production release (it's a preview).
We're refactoring to unlock electron updates to latest.

Note that this work is not finished yet and that's why this is a preview release for which there's no mac build.

If you like living on the edge, give it a go and tell us if you find regressions :)
