Add compatibility for Raspbian #59

The block currently works on balenaOS only. Many users run Raspbian on their balenaFins, so it would be great if the block was compatible with it.

It doesn't seem there's any balenaOS/balenaCloud required feature for the block to run, so theoretically it is possible.

@ntzovanis currently we do use balenaCloud to set the dt overlays but we can work around this, I believe
