Release genericx86-64-ext to production with only automated tests

To release this balena OS image to production with only automated tests, it needs to be tested on an intel nuc. The thing blocking this at the moment is we only have one nuc in the rig, with the tag intel-nuc - our OS testing pipeline will therefore not target it and run the automated tests.

Simplest solution for now is to add a second intel nuc to the rig with genericx86-64-ext tag to the rig
