Test persistent logging feature provided by balenaOS

Steps to reproduce issue

This steps need to be done inside a running balena device

In Device Configuration activate variable RESIN_SUPERVISOR_PERSISTENT_LOGGING and set it's state to Enabled. This will reboot the device

~# reboot

~# journalctl --list-boots

Expected result

1

Wait for board to reboot

2

Wait for the board to reboot again the board

3

The journaltctl should show two logged boot entries of this type:
