General bluetooth test

Description

Test internal bluetooth on various boards: artik530, artik533s, artik710, kitra710, Intel NUC etc...

Steps to reproduce issue

Have a new device provisioned or use one that is already provisioned with an image for this release.
Have an activated and visible Bluetooth device around you.

1.Clone this test app https://github.com/resin-io-playground/test-bluetooth and push it to the device.

Expected result

1. Check the device dashboard's log. Last log message should be: TEST PASSED
