Steps to reproduce issue

Connect to the HDMI connected to a monitor

Boot the device.
Reboot the device from the dashboard.
Shutdown the device from the dashboard.

Expected result

Resin logo splash screen should be visible during boot-up.
Resin logo splash screen should be visible when the board initiates reboot.
Resin logo splash screen should be visible when the board initiates shutdown.

Actual result

The logo is not shown at reboot or shutdown.
