Right now, a change in CONNECTIVITY_URI, CONNECTIVITY_INTERVAL or CONNECTIVITY_RESPONSE is not immediately picked up by NetworkManager. Say I change the URI, then

dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.NetworkManager  /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager  org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties.Get  string:"org.freedesktop.NetworkManager" string:"ConnectivityCheckUri"

Still gives me the old one.

Solution: add systemctl restart NetworkManager.service to networkmanagerPostInsert
