Who Goes First does not acknowledge contributions to the project within the app

What is the problem?

Friends of Who Goes First can help in many ways

• translate the app,
• submit card ideas,
• help code,
• give money via Gratipay to help run the servers,
• post bounties to bountysource

They don't receive acknowledgement within the app for helping the project out in these ways.

What should have happened?

We should be able to thank them for these actions from within the app. I think it could be cool to have little badges show up at the bottom, maybe using emojis.

It would be great if these worked offline, too. Maybe we can sign message files and then verify the signature via JavaScript. Easy to spoof if the final action is just putting in LocalStorage, but I think that's okay.
