Unexpected inventory transfer while opening GUI #1

Way to reproduce

  1. Make a chest and open it's GUI
  2. Move cursor to an item to make sure that cursor pointing on an item while open GUI again.
  3. Close GUI, scroll down the mouse wheel for some length
  4. Open GUI. Found the item which pointing on has been transfered.
