因为跑马灯本身就是ListView写的，它自身会将空间填满，我猜应该是这个问题，看下能否设置跑马灯的宽和高，限制它的大小，然后再试试效果

后来试出，外面多包一层固定尺寸的Container用以达到定位效果！
