引入项目时报错

根目录添加
repositories {

maven { url "https://jitpack.io" }
}
项目目录添加
dependencies {
compile 'com.github.baoyachi:StepView:1.9'
}
同步后报错：ERROR: Failed to resolve: com.github.baoyachi:StepView:1.9
Show in Project Structure dialog
Affected Modules: app
