Order received by arduino from html5 interface are delayed after around 10min of use

When restarting everything, the arduino is reacting very fast to change of order.
After a while the command were not received anymore (with serial exception printed from server.py). After restarting arduino and refreshing webbrowser (but not restarting web server) the order are delayed. Even the order sent feedback in the webbrowser is delayed, which means that the delays are due to web server
