Idea:

  • The host bridge will be specified as tag host_bridge_<brname>
  • VM interfaces with an untagged VLAN will be named <vm>_v<PVID> on the host, so the usual Qemu hook will to it's magic
  • VM interfaces with tagged VLANs will be configured in /etc/network/interfaces of the host to be part of the host bridge and having tagged VLANs as set to the interface
