Installation success but not working

Hello,
when I add PHPConsole to Chome, it is showing a Popup that it was installed successfully,
but there is no icon shown in the addressbar when I for example visit the demo page?

Any idea whats wrong?

I am using Chome 30.0.1599.66 OSX

I'm just installed 3.0.10 extension version on Windows and on Ubuntu, opened http://php-console.com/instance/examples/#debug_vars and it works as expected.

There is no new comments in this issue, other users do not report same problem, so issue is closed.
