It says "You don't have enough". Not true!

It also says it if I tip myself 1 bit...

see #2 for my latest guess on this—I'm waiting on a transaction to finish, and then I can verify that things work if you have more then 100 bits balance

Oops I did not notice the "self" part of this issue. I have not tried tipping myself...
