Sprout Email is in the process of being updated to Craft 4. Please see the statement in our docs for additional details:

Sprout Email v4.44.444-beta.1 has been released for Craft 4:

Features are mostly working, but the upgrade migration still has a few outstanding issues we need to sort out around how Mailer Settings get migrated.
