Check weather printed board works as expected (or at all..)

This will be the first big PCB of my design, therefore chance of failure is most likely quite high.
Because of that the first thing to do after receiving the board are a few tests:

• Hello world - the chip is alive
• Blink led pin - at least this works
• Matrix with a few random switches - the connections work (at least some do...)
• Test reset button - can reset at runtime
• Overdrive test - the board can supply enough power to the chip
