  1. What does this mean?
  2. Should I put one of these folders in the custom tf2 folder instead of the whole EJP-HUD folder or not?
  3. Why do these exist? jk :3

Yes, you should put one of these in your custom folder. The centered version is a version with both health and ammo centered towards, you guessed it, the center. The lowered version has them spread out across the lower part of the screen.
