First, thanks for building MRSK.

On NodeJS/JS stack, there are many (😬) config files in the root folder, closed to package.json and tsconfig.json.
Having a config folder isn't a common practice (I think).
So having a new config folder just for deploy.yml doesn't seem optimal.

It would be great to be able to configure (via CLI) where deploy.yml is (+ be able to renamed deploy.yml).

You can pass -c to specify a different path for the deploy configuration 👍
