At line 300 in the current trix.css there is a second (illegal) @charset "UTF-8"; It is also – as it should be – in line 1.

Out of curiosity ... This fix appears to be relatively trivial, is there any chance you might consider a 1.3.2 release that fixes this warning in the short term?
