以下の条件にて、
▼条件
・baserCMS3.0.16
・サブディレクトリ設置（e.g. /en/）
・SSL化

こちらの現象が発生
▼現象
・ブログ記事一覧からの、ブログ詳細のURL
・ブログ詳細の前後リンク
について、サブディレクトリが重複したURLとなっていた。
e.g.
https://hogehoge.com/en/en/news/archives/1
