【コンテンツ一覧】コンテンツ並べ替え時の挙動改善 #1574

概要

・コンテンツをD&Dで並び替えて更新すると、フロントで並び順が異なる
・その後管理画面をリロードすると、フロントの並び順に合わせて変更される

　1.[管理]並び替えの際に、予定位置をオーバーして折返しの動作を発生させる
　2.[管理]予定位置にコンテンツを並び替え
　3.[フロント]リロードして表示を確認
　4.[フロント]コンテンツの位置が管理画面とズレる
　5.[管理]リロード
　6.[管理]フロントと同一の位置になる
