web folder always 書き込み不可

概要

baserCMS version : baserCMS 4.5.3
Ven: Centos7 + apache2 + php7.1.3

When I in Installing Step2 which has some basic check ,the website always tell me there is no privilege to web folder,But i had already chmod 777 to the folder,How can i pass this check?

Please check the permissions of each folder in the app folder respectively.

ex .
ls -lh app/
ls -lh app/View/

I restart my server and this problem has gone,I dont know what happened,but it's running successful now,thanks.
