How can I manage configSections with ConfigUtil?

Sorry for my late answer,
ConfigUtil is not designed to work with configSections, Actually helps you to get ride of ConfigSections complexity and use configurations more easily .
ConfigUtil by default uses Appsettings and there are some other config sources link Json and Dictionary you can user. of course you can write your own ConfigSource too.
