[Feature Request] Default Reading Style Settings

The ability to set a default font, scale, size, etc. Would be very nice.
Then allow users to adjust on a per book basis, but to have a system default would be great.

Edit: Noticing this is doable within the config file, however to be able to set it directly within the app would be nice.
