Bastion is growing ! 馃殌

It might be hard for newcomers to figure out what is going on in this project:
What is bastion? What is bastion-executor? What is agnnostik? What is lightproc? Why are there so many repositories and how do they all fit in the bastion-rs picture?

A lot of questions that might be a bit overwhelming. One could consider people could have a look at each project's documentation, but it turns out the bastion README.md is where most users probably land. So it might be the right place to put an overview section!
