Can brutalism only be used for CSXS versions after 8.0 ? #43

Hi. I found that the CSXS version in the example manifest.xml file is 8.0. Does it mean that brutalism only supports AE versions after cc 2019? Or what transformation should I do if I want using it to develop a CEP that supports older version?
