Write a User Guide with explanations about design choices and recommended practices on how to adopt Jagen for your own needs.

Closing it to not create a first impression that there is no documentation at all.

Documents are stored with the source in the doc subdirectory and is kept up to date on a best effort basis. The Rules file which describes rule format, properties and variables can be considered a "reference". There is a beginning of a UserGuide as well but it is incomplete and outdated due to lack of time and general interest in the project.
