1. Reboot your Synology after installation of package in order for the device to show up as a network interface in the DSM GUI.
2. WARNING - Enabling Jumbo Frames (MTU 9000 bytes) MAY cause the driver to hang after heavy network usage/transfers. If you experience this, reset the MTU to 1500 bytes and it should remain stable on the Club 3D CAC-1420. (Doing so will reset the driver/adapter if the adapter hangs; No need to reboot).

Using an MTU of 9000 doesn't have a huge effect. When you are streaming to a WiFi device an MTU of 9000 is not even supported.
