Installed driver first then after plugging in USB restart NAS and then will show Ethernet Adapter in DSM GUI.
and then set IP etc to your liking.

I have tested read/write with AJA SYSTEM TEST and moved files

270 MB READ and 270MB write VERY STABLE WORKING GREAT SO FAR
