Tab completion not working

Hi, Trying out Prelude I noticed I can't get tab completion to work.

What's more, if I add something like this in ~/.emacs.d/custom/personal.el

(with-eval-after-load 'company
  (define-key company-active-map [tab] 'company-complete-common-or-cycle)
  (define-key company-active-map (kbd "TAB") 'company-complete-common-or-cycle))

Doesn't work for some reason.
