tramp not working on plain emacs 24.5 + prelude on osx yosemite

I installed prelude today and tried to working on a remote file

C-x C-f

//ssh:server.com/tmp/file.log

it didnt seems to work. Am I doing something wrong?

( i did disable ido and enabled the helm modules)

looks like it's single slash, not double slash
