Contains the configurations:
- to connect to the Eureka Discovery Service
- to use caching
- to use Swagger Documentation API
To enable the AWS specific information in the Discovery Service registration add the aws
profile to the startup.
-Dspring.profiles.active=aws
It will override the default DataCenterInfo MyOwn
to Amazon
also it will change the following settings:
- instanceId:
String.format("%s:%s:%d", instanceId, applicationName, port).toLowerCase()
- i-19bce96913a8a1f47:registry:8761
- hostname:
- if the instance has a valid non-default hostname it will try to use it. Othwerwise it will use the AWS
- port
- Only the non-secure port is enabled at this moment
