Clojure.spec is a part of the clojure core as of 1.9.0 . It looks like the repl you started is one of the older alpha versions (alpha-10 is from july 2016, and the namespaces was/is not yet stable). Please try to run the project with clojure 1.9.0.

I must admit I have not run through the install on Windows yet, but it should work if you path the right paths to the start-client and the maps are in the right place.
