Instructions for requesting services and support using project management system (iLab)

Before requesting a service the PI must be registered in iLab

SERVICE REQUESTS:

• iLab page
• iLab sequencing service request
• iLab bioinformatics/statistics support request
• iLab workshop registration
• iLab training request

NEW USER REGISTRATION:

If your funds are allocated at GU (having a GU-beställar id) follow these instructions:

• iLab registration for new GU PI
• iLab registration for new GU user

If your funds are allocated outside GU (e.g. another institution such as SU, VGR, another university or a company), follow these instructions, even though you are a GU employee:

• iLab registration for new external PI
• iLab registration for new external user
