User Story

As a _maintainer of OCWA,

I want automated integration test coverage of import functionality

so that I can be confident going forward that new code changes do not break import functionality.

Acceptance criteria
Import integration tests for non-code imports that cover:

  1. Happy path
  2. Blocked and warning file import cases
