Description:
The 'Download' link for Java(6+) in the Geomark Web Service - Developer Guide presents users with a 404.

Current download URL: https://apps.gov.bc.ca/pub/geomark/lib/geomark-client-$%7Bproject.version%7D.jar

Task:
Update the download link to match the current library.
