Monitor Digital Trust Community: BBS+ Signatures for Verifiable Credentials

Monitor the activities in the use of the IETF standards track BBS+ Signatures for Verifiable Credentials and decide if these efforts should impact the DITP program. Consider in the DITP's efforts in moving forward AnonCreds if/when effort should be put into a new generation of AnonCreds possibly based on BBS+ Signatures.
