Monitor Digital Trust Community: ToIP Trust Spanning Layer

The ToIP Trust Spanning Layer is a proposal to get to a single ToIP Layer 2 messaging protocol, much as the TCP/IP layers was created for the Internet. The idea is that we can all agree on a single Layer 2 protocol, with flexibility above and below, we can build interoperable digital trust applications.

Monitor the Trust Spanning Layer efforts and decide if and when they should impact the DITP program
