Vue3 upgrade: update EditShareStructure.vue to get ShareStructure.vue working

Description:
For now some of the functions in ShareStructure.vue doesn't work, and it needs some update in EditShareStructure.vue to work.

In the dropdown bar works for move up and move down. But add series will request the update at EditShareStructure.vue, and 'remove' need some modifications too

And also Change or Correct button and Add Share Class button does not work, also request the update at EditShareStructure.vue.
