UI Bug/Enhancement - missing green highlight for search table

MHR and PPR Searches (all types)

• When I complete a search, the new search row is not highlighted green in the search Table.

Expected Results:
When I complete a search, user is autoscrolled to first row in the table, with snackbar and the newly completed search row should highlight green for 3-5 seconds (match timing with MHR reg table).
