UI Enhancement - Payment error message

This is an error modal when user gets redirected to a page but they already paid.

What's causing the error:
frontend is out of sync, queue message arrives, frontend still saying retry payment

Design consideration:
Need some wording update so client know they don't have to pay again
Might also review other payment error, wording, modal styles together.
