STAT filing - Registered Location Change not received at BCA

There is a change of registered location filed on June 7 from the new system that was not received by BCA.
There will be an update on July 5th to their API view to the sandbox environment that will include the update but they should have received the updates via the daily batch from our legacy system to BCA.

We need to check with John McColl if it was sent and if not we might need to send it.

To schedule for Sprint 22.1: Check with BCA that they have this filing after the July SANDBOX data refresh

Doug has verified internally that the STAT filing should be in place given the correct timestamp parameter.
