Confirm and Submit Errors

Describe the bug in current situation

If I move to the last page without correcting errors, don't check the confirm check box,
Then go back and correct it it won't let me submit

Looking at the video link it looks like this was because the birth date was invalid - but it looks like that has an issue since it had the green checkmark for the first section
