Remove the "e.g." from the cities in Waterbody table (revert changes in LUCY #1171).

Describe the task
Revert the changes to #1171 and remove "e.g." from the cities in the Waterbody table

Acceptance Criteria

• Revert the changes so that when viewing a city in the Waterbodies table, it no longer has the "e.g." tied to the city.

Additional context

• E.g. should now show Fraser River (Richmond)

Simple deletion of a migration file to not run the migration in PR #1172. This migration was only pushed to dev, so only had to delete this migration file (i.e. it isn't going to prod). Ran a migration on dev from local computer to revert the "e.g." changes so we're all back to normal.
